깍두기 (ggakdoogi/ spicy Korean radish)
내가 처음만든 깍두기 나름대로 괜친다.
Sugar
Salt
Radish
Red pepper powder
Garlic
1. Sprinkle sugar and salt.
2. Sit for 30 min and drain.
3. Marinate with red pepper powder and garlic.
