I was screwed for J's wedding, but I think my week long stay in Hong Kong (not getting proper meals and the heat) reduced some puffiness for the wedding photos, or at least I hope it did.
Now, G's wedding is coming up in August and then a gala in September.
Hubby's waist has also been growing since his trainer quit on him. He expends all his energy at work and volunteer work, then he becomes a panda at home.
We both need to get back on the activity wagon.
GOAL
1. To maximize free time by tackling chores ahead of time.
2. To go to the gym or outdoor activity.
GAME PLAN
1. Maximize weekend time off - to prepare for the week.
2. Hike in the park. SUP in the lake.
Emotional Note:
- I feel worn out and torn by conflicts between family members.
