Going back to the gym

After Hawaii, it's been an uphill battle finding the motivation to go to the gym. E's wedding is this Saturday - and I'm pretty much screwed. J's wedding is coming up fast and I need to get back on the wagon ASAP. I'm going to the gym after work today. No excuses!

Pork belly with kimchi

This recipe also worked well for me.
First prepare the pork belly by boiling with a little peppercorn and bay leave.
Slice the cooked pork belly.
Stirfry the pork with kimchi and olive oil, add a little ginger and spicy red pepper powder.
