Spicy Sweet Pork Stir Fry (Korean Recipe)

This is a recipe for a Korean dish I really enjoy.

I was watching a Korean show and got this recipe from an actor who seems to know how to cook very well:

1. Marinate pork in soysauce, pepper, minced garlic. Mix well with hands and set aside.
2. In a separate bowl mix soysauce (3 spoon), red pepper powder (7 spoon), 물엿 - malt/syrup (6 spoon), pepper, sesame seed oil, ground onions (2 spoon), soju. Set aside to let the ingredients meld.
3. When ready to cook, pan fry the meat first. When the meat browns, add the sauce, onions, hot pepper, green onion.

This recipe is very similar to my mother-in-law's recipe. The only difference is pre-seasoning the meat, adding ground onion to the sauce, and adding the sauce at the end after browning the meat first. I will try this recipe out soon.
